Where do you ship?
We currently provide free standard shipping within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
How long will my order take?
Orders require 1–2 business days for processing. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days.
What is the daily order cutoff?
The cutoff is 2:00 PM ET on business days. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing the next business day. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
What is your return window?
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for authorization before sending an item back. After authorization, the return must be sent within 14 days.
When will I receive my refund?
We complete inspection and process approved refunds within 5 calendar days after receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to display the funds.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation, shipping-address changes and order changes can only be requested before shipment and are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
